Teaching a Kindergarten and First Grade split class has been such a wonderful experience. I really wanted to share the important things that we do with others. I planned on creating a class webpage, but I have also wanted to start blogging. After talking with our technology coordinator and a few teachers, I thought I'd try first to create an informational blog for our classroom instead. I plan on updating the blog anytime we have special events in the class, field trips or even if we just do some interesting activities in class. I hope parents enjoy reading the posts and learn more about our classroom from the blog.
I am looking forward to joining the blogging world and I know I will have lots to share about our class. Because I am a life-long learner, blogging is something else that I would like to learn to do. I am looking forward to using this as just another outlet for communication about the amazing young people learning in our classroom each day and blessing me with the opportunity to be their teacher.
